"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. It was ice cold on arrival and would've taken hours to warm up to a useable temperature. That might've been ok but we...

Old Town Fribourg
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (33 reviews)
"The room was very clean and spacious enough for 4 of us. We were a little confused finding our room with the self checkin. Very close to all amenities in downtown Fribourg. The only downfall is we had to carry all of our luggage upstairs as there is no elevator. Laundry facilities were decent to use but drying clothes were very difficult with the amount of time it took. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable."

Frequently asked questions

Can I find a holiday rental in Sales?

Yes, there are holiday rentals close to the most popular sights in Sales, or you can select a more secluded option if you're looking for a relaxing stay.

What’s there to see and do in Sales?

While exploring the area, visit family-friendly sights like AQUATIS Aquarium-Vivarium, or get outside and enjoy nature at Gruyère Pays-d'Enhaut Regional Nature Park. HR Giger Museum and Castle of Gruyeres are a couple of places you'll find in the wider area.

What’s a holiday rental in Sales like?

Holiday rentals are private properties where you can stay for a few weeks, or just a few days, in Sales. Holiday rentals feature extras such as WiFi and washers and dryers so you'll have all the comforts of home. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, a holiday rental can provide a sense of privacy away from public hotel lifts and bustling concierge desks while still allowing you the experience of travel. You'll also get more space in a holiday rental than in a standard hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is an attractive choice for a small group gathering.
