"Our stay was brilliant. The hotel was clean and comfortable had the food was great toooooo. As for the location this was an excellent place to be in regards to Old Trafford a shopping centre etc. Would 100% stay here again!!!!!"

"Stay was very very comfortable, very clean. They could have offered us a bit of early check-in but obviously the rooms were not ready. They were ready before the check-in time so that wasn't too bad. The parking, the communication on the parking could be a bit better in terms of how they let people out and that they can get a better price than paying directly to Q-Park In all, it's a good location, great receptionist, very friendly, nice swimming pool, gym, and a great place to stay, to be honest"

"The score is aimed at Expedia. Though the staff comment it for the Ainscow. My room was cancelled, but this was via a call from the United States and felt like a scam. Why the app was not used first I do not know. To make it worse Expedia staff lied to the reason saying there was 'maintenence'. The first call late Wednesday after on, I could not understand the operators English and asked for contact via the Web page/app or an email. The email which was sent asked me to ring a US number. Obviously I was not going to do this with international call charge rates and it still felt like a scam. I was then hassled by Expedia all weekend with calls at 10pm, 11pm and 4am! I telephones the Ainscow, and second time luck was transferred to reservations. I also emailed on the Wednesday, though this was replied to on the Saturday evening. I was informed in the second call the hotel was sold at short notice and could not be used during the transfer. I was offered Roomzzz in Victoria (same management company) and although it did not look good on the photos I accepted for ease and appeared to score well. So room 157 the air on was like a train going through the room. Elizabeth on reception was excellent and moved me to 137. Both rooms were poorly designed and I could not use either as an office effectively if there for business. Even to eat they are not special as an apart hotel. If you like a huge TV near enough to be on top of your bed then you may like it. None of the windows open."
