"A traditional British hotel with a long and distinguished history that has been very well renovated and offers a very high standard of accommodation right in the centre of Manchester. Highly recommended."
Holiday Inn Express Manchester City Centre Arena by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"It was the first time my wife and I had been to Manchester we thought it was amazing the hotel was right in the centre handy for sightseeing the staff was very friendly and helpful "
"The area in the middle of the city appeared to be safe, and I visited with a special needs . Young adult, There was plenty to see, and for me, the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch. However, the breakfast left much to be desired as the food was of poor quality. On a positive note, the staff service was fantastic, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable, and my stay was quite pleasant. The area was beautiful with many stunning views nearby, and it was only a few minutes' walk to both the arena and city center, making it very convenient. Overall, the hotel had a lot to offer, but they need to improve their breakfast service as the options were lacking, with oily hash browns and dry bacon. Apart from this, the rest of the hotel was impressive.
Please note that there is an issue with parking as the hotel does not have its own parking space. I drove a disabled van and was fortunate to find a parking spot very close to the hotel. However, parking can be a challenge as guests need to find their own spot. Despite this parking issue, the hotel itself was good, and the area felt safe."
"Hotel is great 4star, across from convention centre. Baths and showers in rooms, windows open for fresh air, real steam irons.
Fridges in exec rooms.
Breakfast good choice & love the bagels.
Early check in if availability. Luggage storage if not. Staff friendly and professional. "
