"The room has a 4-star hotel vibe, but the ocean view completely won me over—I absolutely loved it. Their restaurant is nice, and the ocean view is beautiful, but the food itself was just average. Unfortunately, there was one incident that left me disappointed. I lost my umbrella from the umbrella stand—someone took it on a rainy day. I couldn’t believe this happened at Hyatt. I reported it right away, but I was told that items left in public areas are not their responsibility. They did try to make it right in the end, but the umbrella had sentimental value, so it was still upsetting. Just a heads-up to be careful with your belongings."
