"The room was way too small for 2 queen beds & for four people. No walking space literally! We were all bumping into each other. It was clean. Hair all over the floor. Good thing we just used it to sleep. "

"Receptionist at checking was welcoming but the one at check out didn’t speak to me until I spoke to him…older seat in the room that looked dirty. Other than that everything was good but mediocre breakfast options. "

"Upon arrival I was informed that the room was not yet ready. It was past their posted check in time. The staff said to give them 30-40 minutes. Ok fine I left came back an hour later and the staff said again that they don’t think the room is ready. He tried calling the maids and they didn’t answer. He tells me to come back in an hour. By this point I am over it. I just travelled 4 hrs with 2 young kids one with severe special needs so I ask him if there is a place I can change my child so we can just wait in my car and I don’t have to drive them somewhere else to wait. I get the kids changed and as I’m coming out of the bathroom he says oh by the way the room is ready. I was so beyond irritated at this point I was just happy to finally be in the room. The room was actually a great set up for a family. The only downside was no bath tub. It’s in a great location close to stores, food and beach dunes. My only advice is arrive a couple hours after check in time."

"Stayed for a night at the last minute. The room was well laid out for our family of 4. Although we didn’t have a pet with us, it really is a dogs dream stay. Stayed with a 15 yo and a 5 yo and they were both very impressed by the location & amenities. The robes, binoculars, and kettle were a great addition. I would possibly suggest some slippers to go with the robes! The bar tender and chiefs were very personable. They even suggested a gym out 15 yo could use for the day since there were none on the property."

"On Friday, the first day after checking in and getting settled in my daughter and her cousin found a lizard on the carpet next to the bed, it camouflaged with the carpet but they saw it and we got it out of the room, I advised the front desk which they advised they would advise their manager that wasn’t in until Sunday which was the day we were going to check out, but yet didn’t get offered another room or anything at this point, so Sunday I advised the manager at the front desk which advised that they weren’t able to do anything due to using a 3rd party for booking? Which for me I am still staying at the hotel with my family so why wouldn’t anything be able to be done, didn’t get an apology or anything. Was upset about this matter "
