9/10 Wonderful! (4,269 reviews)
I was on vacation in New York City, location was excellent, Staff was friendly, Room was very small, yet it was perfect, plenty of storage for a week's worth of clothes for 2 people. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had good counter space, shower head could use some maintenance. It didn't hold in place. Overall very happy with my stay

The entire property was poorly maintained. Wires hanging? Switch covers missing. Sugar in the room was in a bowl with no covering. Breakfast ..."
