"Fiz uma reserva de 2 diárias no hotel em questão. Ao chegar no local, nos deparamos com hóspodes ouvindo música no último volume na área da piscina. Esse foi só o começo dos problemas. O frigobar do quarto não estava funcionando, mas a gerência do hotel resolvou trocando por outro frigobar. Na hora do café da manhã, tinha tanta gente de passeios turísticos hospedadas no hotel, que não conseguimos lugar pra sentar. Esperamos cerca de 20 minutos pra conseguir comer.
