"Well, they had a fire alarm go off my last night at about 12 1238 1 AM in the morning we were on the 12th floor. It wasn’t due to a fire. It was due to a faulty alarm system because it went back off and this is what we heard directly from the paramedics and the fire department and it was just extremely inconvenient and the fact that it went off multiple times, and there wasn’t something wrong and earlier it went off in the parking garage, a couple of times"

"The room itself was actually nice and very clean, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was quite frustrating. We were given a room located in a building across the street from the main hotel. Crucially, we were never told at the time of booking that our room would be outside of the main building. This made it incredibly inconvenient to use the amenities we were looking forward to. Having to walk across the street just to get to the breakfast in the morning or to use the indoor pool was a major hassle. It felt like we were staying at a separate, less convenient property rather than the main Hyatt. This lack of transparency regarding the room location really spoiled the stay."

"I really like the location, and the rooms are spacious for the price. Although the property n the rooms desperately need some updates/renovations, I'd still stay here as long as the price is reasonable. "
