General areas of the hotel were nice. Our bedroom was in need of some TLC. It was clean everyday to a nice standard but needed a a deep clean and attention to details that the chambermaids simply didn’t have the time for such as hand prints on windows. Spit dribbles down the walls and suspicious brown marks on the bathroom door. We were only booked in for breakfast and were sadly disappointed by the standard. Poor selection of cereals, the hot drinks were all awful. Boiled eggs that hadn’t been blanched, so when you peeled the shell off, half the egg came away too. Funny tasting cooked tomatoes. The runniest beans you’ve ever seen. The list goes on. After 3 days of trying we gave up when my partner brought it all back up after a strange tasting sausage. Only 1 British TV channel. BBC News. So when it poured it down with rain all day it got a bit boring. Staff were helpful if you asked but no one looked happy to be there. Or went out of their way to be friendly. I was expecting a lot more from a hotel advertising its self as a 4* but we now know not to stay at any other Best Hotels if this is the standard they aim for.

Location location location
The location was everything. So close to all the restaurants and the beach. The walls are very thin so could hear everything but other than that it was very pleasant.

Hotel Los Angeles
Had a great stay in hotel Los Angeles, rooms were lovely and room service was available every morning if needed. The staff were really helpful with organising taxis and keeping luggage while we waited for our rooms. Hotel really clean and breakfast was fresh every morning and a great variety. The area was lovely as it wasn’t far from the beach and restaurants.

Good hotel, terrible staff.
The hotel itself was absolutely amazing, good variety of food, good swimming pool, bar and all. We booked a double room but they put us in a twin room (two single beds pretending to be a double). The staff was rude and impatient, they never smile for anything and very unfriendly. The staff in the restaurant kept shooing everyone around. When we went for our check out, the woman in reception grabbed our card and that was it,not even a "thank you " or "how was your stay?" Quite disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Terrible food.
Food was not even 'warm' it was cold, they placed the food underneath cold lights and the food instantly got cold. There wasn't much choice for the English either, and the staff didn't know how to communicate properly with us and got orders wrong which we still had to pay for.

They did not honour their verbal agreement that was negotiated with the hotel night manager as agreed with hotels.com. I had to call hotels.com over international phone calls for half hour before it was finally resolved. Then the room aircon was not working and they golf us it was gonna turn on on 15th but it was on from the second day. Food was good though.

Horrible reception staff
Hotel staff were unfriendly at check-in. They refused to honour a commitment that hotels.com had to manually append my dates that was arranged with their night manager. They said that the night manager was not authorised to change the check in details.I had to make international calls for half an hour to hotels.com to finally have it resolved. Then when we went to the room was told that the aircon only starts from the 15th of June. But it was actually turned on from the 5th, and I had already stayed there for 4 nights. Finally found out that the aircon was working after a friend checked in.

Not much choice for veggies!!!
You would have thought that a 4star hotel would have had more choice for breakfast, and dinner nothing for veggies apart from chips and potatoes and pizza?! Room was good but it is on a street where there is a irish bar and they play music till 3am! Staff at reception and the bar were briliant! Overall would not stay at this hotel again

Buen precio. Habitación amplia y limpia. Personal muy amable. Cena y desayuno muy buenos. Aparcamiento en zona azul. Alcampo cerca. Parece que hay muchos bares pero en Semana Santa estaban casi todos cerrados.

En general el hotel no está mal pero para tener 4 estrellas debería ser mucho mejor. Mi experiencia no fue agradable por varias razones. Tuve problemas con la habitación porque me dieron una diferente a la que había reservado y pagado; esto fue resuelto apenas lo notifiqué en recepción. Luego pedí un técnico para revisar el aire acondicionado y nunca fue, aunque este problema también fue resuelto gracias al personal de recepción que me dijo cómo arreglarlo. Y lo último que no me pareció acorde a un buen trato con los huéspedes fue que de los 4 días de estadía, los últimos 2 días cerraron las mesas de pool, supuestamente por mantenimiento. Yo creo que las cerraron adrede para evitar que los huéspedes las usaran ya que pude usarlas sin problema cuando llegué y luego las cerraron y después de 2 días seguían cerradas, obviamente no les hicieron ningún mantenimiento en esos 2 días Tampoco me gustó el hecho de que la PENSIÓN COMPLETA no incluya las bebidas en la comida y la cena, sólo en el desayuno, hasta el agua había que pagarla, a pesar de pagar la pensión completa. En mi opinión es una estafa.

Muy mala es un hotel para gente que no tenga prisa y escrúpulos ,yo lo digo en la situación de mi manera como tiene que ser un hotel en zona turistica.desde encontrar una habitación claustrofóbica a que el menaje del desayuno no está limpio la mayoría y de más cosas.pero bueno fue solo una noche Ali mejor para más días cambia de opinión. Que no lo creo

ERROR EN LA RESERVA NO SUBSANADO
La primera decepción nada más llegar: para nuestra sorpresa nos dicen que la habitación que nos han guardado era una doble para dos adultos, cuando habíamos reservado una cuadrúple (dos adultos y dos niños) que ponía claramente dos camas de matrimonio, y nos asignan dos camas individuales. Hoteles.com reconoce que ha transmitido mal la información pero se lava las manos, se empiezan a pasar la culpa la agencia al hotel y viceversa, y estamos en recepción 4 horas aprox. (desde las 13.30 que llegamos hasta las 17.30) hasta que al final, previo pago de 304 euros, acceden a cambiarnos la habitación e incluir a los niños. Hotels. com nos deja totalmente vendidos y no es capaz de hacer valer nuestra reserva ni nuestros derechos frente al hotel. Con este principio ya toda la estancia ha ido torcida. De hecho nos llegaron a ofrecer cancelar la estancia y devolver el dinero (tras haber viajado 5 horas) cuando lo que tenían que haber hecho es reclamar lo que era nuestra reserva hecha a través de su página web, que ha sido la primera y que seguramente sea la última. Adjuntamos factura para que sea reembolsada por la agencia o será reclamada a través de asociaciones de consumidores o llegado el caso judicialmente

El hotel en general me gusto, es moderno y esta renovado hace poco pero aun asi faltan algunos detalles, asi como una escobilla en el baño, una mampara que hiciera su trabajo no que dejarabsalir todo el agua de la ducha, un mando para el aire acondicionado,... tampoco me gusto que en el buffet cobraran la bebida, podrían poner como se hace en los bares en el menú del día una botella de agua o así. Tampoco me gusto que todo está dirigido hacia el turismo extranjero, la animación era prácticamente toda en ingles y los trabajadores también nos hablaban en ingles u otro idioma. Lo demás muy bien, no creo que repita ir a este hotel pero la nota que yo le pondría seria un 6.
