"It wasn't as per my booking confirmation. I was given confirmation in my booking that there was Air conditioning but the room had none. I had to make several phone calls to customer service. One of your customer service agent Rick promised to give me full refund if I wanted to check out but another manager refused to follow up. Ruined my holiday. I have demanded compensation and refund."

"Nice apartment in a very nice complex. Bit of a pain trying to Birsasol office to get the keys. Lots of things not included such as a kettle; iron etc. They are all add-on extras and pricey. We went in early September and the pool was unheated and very cold. No good for for young kids."
