Made reservation weeks ahead and when I got there they said the room o wanted was sold out. Acted as if they didn't care and didn't even apologize. My kids ended up sleeping on the pullout bed which was filthy and of poor quality. Not impressed at all with their customer service or lack of care and consideration. Also. The planes are close and loud so if you want to sleep try another hotel.

The manager was really nice. I think her name was Tracey. There was a young lady in training that was helpful. The other guy at the desk…not so much. He wasn’t the friendliest and seemed to care more about talking than anything else. We checked in and wasn’t told about any amenities, not even about breakfast or where the pool was located. Other than that, the room was clean and spacious.
