Everything outside of daily room housekeeping was fantastic and cannot recommend enough. The daily housekeeping wasn't so much of a daily housekeeping as it was dropping off towels and a new bar of soap, and removing garbage. Bed was not made, bathroom counter was not cleaned, shampoo/conditioner/lotions weren't refilled/replaced. I even used the coffee maker the first morning and the pods weren't replaced or cleaned up at all.

Friendly and efficient staff, from front desk reception to breakfast staff. Kind of a different layout for the hotel, but after figuring it out it was fine. Breakfast options each morning were hot and good. Room was nice with nice beds, pillows, shower, etc.

My stay was great. The staff was all so helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean, the pool was great. Breakfast was really good. My only issue was one day when i came back my door didnt close fully after housecleaning and so it was left slightly ajar. Gratefully its such a quiet hotel that nothing was taken from my room. But other than that my stay was great.

We were skiing Deer Valley and Snow Basin. Perfect location for both. The staff was very accomodating. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and early. Would definitely stay again.

They didn’t know how to handle a state issued Driver’s License. What’s the point of pre-registering if check-in takes 7 minutes? Picture made it look nicer than it was. Pillows were not good but I realize that’s a very personal thing. Overall, probably a very average experience.

When we arrived learned the pool was closed. No mention of this on the listing with Expedia. Kids were bummed. They arranged for you to use another hotels pool but that is a huge hassle to drag your kids around to swim. But couldn't cancel without losing money. Room was clean. First night was quiet. Second night we had some loud people above us. Sounded like the ceiling was going to come crashing down.

Overpriced. Underwhelming.
Hair all over bathroom shower and in bedsheets. Pool broken down. Rattling AC/ Heater. Arrived to trash sitting in hallway.

Quiet, easy to reach, clean.
We got assigned a quiet room as requested at time of booking. The AC is modern and QUIET and works efficiently. The room was spacious and clean. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on it. We will come here again.
