We got to the hotel and the area was good, but once we got in our room there was multiple issues with like dust on end tables etc. what really made me cancel our reservation was NO MATTRESS PADS. that disgusts me just because there is a chance that one could pee the bed, bring in bed bugs etc and you just protecting the bed. disgusting. when we went to cancel they were like you have to pay for at least tonight since we offered another room. im like do you think im gonna expect there to be another room with a mattress pad. also outdated. Expedia was super great and on top of canceling calling the hotel and handling the refund though. love expedia!

Breakfast was really good! We never got the wifi to work. The sink didn't drain very well- it would completely fill up with water and then you'd have to let it sit and slowly drain out. The room smelled a little off when we first arrived.

check in clerk was friendly and staff went the extra mile and had a crockpot of soup waiting for guests. Carpets are looking pretty old, but room was totally fine.

The television did not work, when I called the front desk was told, sorry, there is nothing we can do about that. The hotel manager was not available. finally talked to "Lilly" on Monday (we stayed the Thursday night prior). When we voiced our complaint she told me very rudely that I have no right to tell her how to run her hotel and if I didn't like it, don't stay there. WE WILL NOT!!
