The customer service was awesome! The rooms were clean and cozy! So grateful for the ability to have 5 of us in one room with a pull out couch as so many affordable hotels seemed to not have that. The pool was cool but not cold which was so nice! And the hot tub was nice and hot! Breakfast had a great variety of yummy options. Would 100% stay again!

For the most part our stay was fine, but there were no pool towels and when we asked for some, it took almost 30 minutes to get any. The pool area was not as clean as we are used to. The pool floor was dirty and used towels were all over, but nothing bad enough for us to not use the hot tub. Other than that, we have no complaints, the location was conveniently located near the mall and placed to eat.

Clean rooms and great location. The staff was friendly and helpful especially with the mild inconveniences ( elevator was being worked on and was temporarily out and there was some maintenance going on in the hotel) still a great stay and parking was easy. Breakfast was delicious and the gym and hotel were great to use. Highly recommended

Honestly, his hotel is due for some updates and needs to catch up on deferred maintenance. The pillows were really thin; the mattresses were a little old and divoted. The Refrigerator/Microwave cubby had a drywall patch from previous damage, and the bathtub had some previous repairs. I would also appreciate better shower heads; the one provided was small and didn't provide much coverage. I had to move from my first room because the TV would not work (Staff could not fix it), and the 2nd room had a similar problem. The staff was helpful, and they got the 2nd TV to work after discovering the problem. The staff was nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The TV (old Philips PRO models) interface is not intuitive, and it seemed like the remotes I received were for an entirely different system. Not nearly as nice as newer IHG hotels I have stayed at. I would give it a C grade, and the Staff a B+.
