I always stay here because I love everything about it. However, this time I reserved for a king bed room and, because they had an activity during the weekend, they just provided a two queen side beds. I went twice to the front desk asking to change my room, but they just said that they did not have any available, that they will check later. I did not get any further communication.

I was charged through Expedia (paid in full before arrival) and then charged again the full amount (receiving a final email receipt from Marriott showing I was charged again on the deposit credit card) so now I’ve paid twice and no one will be around for the next 3 days to reconcile. The facility was great however having to call back and getting cards reimbursed is one more unnecessary headache.

Quick trip. Great location. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and functional. Great water pressure in shower! Room service quick and food delicious.

Every time I push the elevator to go up to my room it pushed into the wall. Didn’t feel safe about that at all in the hot tub did not work. And for the price of the rooms and I had four people with me I should’ve got breakfast food out for people outrageous prices for your food.
