Very, very thin walls and ceiling - could clearly hear guests in room next door and on second floor. Otherwise, the room itself was excellent - extremely clean and comfortable.
I didn’t stay longer than ten minutes. The room was dirty. Poorly lit and not to mention not even close to the pictures online when I booked. This place is straight up fraud. I am getting my money back through Expedia. The carpet had stains. The carpet was 20 years old. The mattresses had stains that could have been bed bug fece smears. When checking in the guy said “ are you sure you want your car in the spot you have it in” like it wasn’t safe for me to park by the lobby. It smelled. If I could leave .5 star review I would. When asking the attendant why my room looks so different then the pictures online he said I’m sorry we don’t refund. All sales are prepaid. This place was a disgrace and who ever is running it, paying for it to be “ refurbished” should know what type of scam they are running.
The room didn't look like the picture. There was no chair. The tv didn't work. Bathroom need it to remodel.

The TV and the phone didn't work the entire time, despite promises to the contrary. The room was nice, but in a 4 day stay, it was serviced only once. A mini breakfast should be made available.
stayed in room 252 was told the room was around back, drove around back only to find the doors wasnt accessible went around the corner and the door was out of service you couldnt stick your card in it.. before making it to the room there was a guy outside in the hallways screaming.
Once in the room there was missing wallpaper with what looked like writing on the wall "x3" or something of the sort.. just over all horrible place
construction work all day and even on Saturday and Sunday, it was horrendous. The $50us deposite I paid for the room key was never returned. The whole experience was a disgrace.
Not that great, the upkeep of the rooms was subpar. Lots of rust in the bathrooms, staff was not friendly. Looked like they didn’t like their jobs and didn’t want to help people. My husband and I went last night as newly weds for our budget honeymoon. The price was great, but they definitely need to do some work for sure.
The staff did nothing about the problems I was having. Told us the wrong door to go in. The carpet was so gross my socks were black from walking on it. The wallpaper was peeling. The beds had diviots in them. The toliet seat cover fell off. Sink was gross with stains as well as the shower.
Hotel is in horrible condition, it was dirty, bathroom tile was cracked and the grout was black with filth. Outside doors worked when they wanted too. Exterior of the building looked like a getto. Fridge didn't work. Carpet had stains everywhere. It is being remodeled, but in the mean time the rates should be dropped due to the poor condition of the property. On the plus side the coffee in the lobby was excellent.
Needed a lot of work and not really clean. Cigarette burns in carpet and some sort of dark blue stains all over tub surround. Looks like they are starting to remodel though.
The absolute worst Hotel experience I have had by a mile. The room was absolutely disgusting, the staff was not at the desk to check out early in the morning so I had to pay for additional night that I had previously scheduled due to not being able to check out early. One of the entrance/exit doors was smashed in, there was construction going o in the building that noone mentioned while booking now checking in. The entire building smelled of cigarettes, mold and just overall dampness. My company stays in multiple Wyndam Hotels all over the country every week and this has been by far the most putrid one to date. Do not stay here if you want to sleep easy and in clean sheets.
This property was not cleaned properly. Drains were missing and clogged in the shower, carpet was stained, holes in the wall next to door. Breakfast was a joke - bagged pastry, grain bar and juice box.
Staff informed us that they are renovating the rooms. Our room clearly had not been touched.
The carpet in our room was so stained it was gross to walk on!!!!!! The bed was quite comfortable and at least they are upgrading the halls and the carpet there.
I was given a trashy disrepaired room, I checked out minutes after I checked in, and was refused a refund.

Good place to stay on a tight budget
Good place to rest. Close to University of Utah hospital where my husband had surgery. Quite.

The property was clean and safe and was cheap to book.
The pool was closed as well as the fitness center that was not listed on the website ahead of time and has clearly been closed for a long time as there was old mattresses in the pool.
The hotel is in the middle of urban blight, empty buildings in every direction. The open businesses within sight are of no help, no gas, no fast food, within walking distance.
The hotel itself is very well maintained and clean.
Lots of holes in the wall, lots of stains in carpet and splatters of something on the ceilings and walls. There was a terrible smell of some chemical that gave us headaches.
I have pictures. This is an embarrassment to the Ramada and Wyndham properties. Holes in walls. Patched holes in walls and ceiling. 3rd floor was completely closed for renovation. Pool was closed and full of equipment. Shower faucet was loose and hanging. Bfast was a grab n go. Danish. Granola bar and little kids apple juice. First morning I asked the front desk at 9:10 and she said too late. One ice machine in whole building. Rooms had no usb outlets. No work space. Room was musty and muggy while the lobby was crisp and freezing.
