"The check in process for this resort is horrible. I waited 40 minutes to check in. We had to get our room changed twice! First, we were sent to the wrong room, the 2nd time we were send to a room that smelled like basement and was very outdated with rust on the bottom of the bed. I have small children who don’t like to keep their shoes on, so that wasn’t going to work for us at all. Once that was over, the room they switched us to was very nice and the view from the balcony was beautiful. If we were given that room initially, this review would be different. There were many things I enjoyed and liked about this property but the check in process made me not want to return. I will say the front desk manager at the time did a wonderful job helping fix the issue."

"The reviews do not tell the truth. Yes it is a beach front property but it is VERY DATED. The rooms smelled of old nursing facilities. The fridge was a mess! The nice thing is that the bowling alley was really nice with some good food… for a bowling alley! "
