"Stayed here several times for 3 to 4 nights at a time and the rooms are very clean, great staff, convenient location to attractions, restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommended place to stay."
"We went to the property after its opening. The staff was amazing. So polite and helpful. The room was clean and a great size for my family and I. The only complaint I have is that they never came to pick up my towels and linens after I called a few times so we just had towels sitting on the floor. I had to go downstairs and grab new ones but I will blame it on them JUST opening. Besides that, absolutely no complaints. They were awesome. "
"It seems the hot water and the cold water line of the shower in the room are switched for the shower. A yellow sticky paper note is placed under the shower, but I forgot to bring my glasses for the shower and so I had no hot water to shower."
"Everything was fine except we had no tv. I tried calling and texting the number for the office but no answer. When you have someone with disabilities that can’t get out and walk around the tv is important. Finally the owner came in and tried to piece it together but no luck. She said they took a direct lighting hit and took out the internet. She told me she would give us a discount but I not seen it yet. I didn’t ask she volunteered. If you don’t mean it don’t say it. I’m not sure this Inn will be my first choice when I travel up there again."
"It looks like an old motel from the outside but the rooms were great. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Also very clean. The little old man at the front desk was sooo nice!!"
"The room was dirty. I spilled some water and when I cleaned it, my towel was black. At check-in the staff so so loud inside the lobby that I had to ask the receptionist to repeat her questions to me. There was no coffee/tea maker or even plastic cups to drink from. There was a huge spider crawling around the bathroom sink. This just wasn't a good experience for me. "
"The bed and bathroom were clean. However the floor was filthy. I spilled a little water. When I wiped it up the paper towels were black. You could feel the grit on your feet.
I and my mother are disabled. We stayed in the handicapped room. The beds were so high I had to help my mother up into the bed and then it was my turn.
The bathtub was also very high. It was hard to step over to take a shower.
Also the staff and his kids were playing volleyball right by my brand new car."
