There is also a no money back policy. Spent over an hour on the phone with expedia and they weren’t able to get a hold of the property owner either or get additional info from them. "The place is amazing clean beautiful rooms the pool was dirty when we got there but they quickly cleaned it water was good temperature crystal clean. The jacuzzi was warm but the thrusters did not function.also if you're going with children make sure to take an i pad because there was no internet."
