Also steeped in history. The castle was a seat of one of the most important rulers of Germany. Definitely worth a visit and overnight stay. Great dinner options in the old town center."

"This place is a complete disaster. The confirmation email listed a different address than the actual location, and the phone number provided was also incorrect. After a long and frustrating effort to finally track down the real address, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, as if it were my fault for not being able to find the place. It genuinely feels as though they do not want people to visit."

"Check-in funktioniert leider nicht wie geplant, auf die von Expedia empfohlene Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte keine Reaktion. Ab 16:00 soll der Check-in vor Ort möglich sein. Gegen 16:15 war niemand erreichbar, die ausgehängte Telefonnummer wurde zwei Mal zu einem Anrufbeantworter weitergeleitet und der Call-Knopf am Tresor lief ins Leere. Im Rückruf würde mir erklärt, dass jemand im Gastraum ist, der war jedoch noch verschlossen. Danach erschien man dann doch zum Check-in"

Frühstück war sehr gut und der Service auch. Wir sind ausserhalb der Öffnungszeit angekommen und haben eine rechte Zeit gewartet, bis jemand gekommen ist, um uns reinzulassen. Der Besitzer hat uns gefragt, ob wir im Mail keine Info hatten über den direkten Zugang und den Code für den Schlüsselsafe. Diese Info hätte...
