Gran Hotel Stella Maris Urban Resort & Conventions
10/10 Excellent
"Facility is big but nicely laid out, clean room and great staff. Swimming pool water temperature got very high, they really should invest in water cooling system because the beach is not that great with rocky bottom."
"We had an amazing time at Casa Di Vina
The staff were very friendly, efficient and made our stay extra special
The rooms were comfortable and spacious "
"loved my room, no view unfortunately, unfortunately waiting time to check in was unacceptable, people were angry and looked like check in process is way to slow. Besides unhappy check-in time, hotel was nice, rooftop restaurant seems overly expensive, so our group went yo food options in city.
Breakfast was great, good selection of food."
"O hotel é bem básico, mas é estranho pq a estrutura é boa, mas eles falham em coisas muito simples, como toalhas e roupas de cama machadas e baratas no quarto. Esse hotel se vale totalmente da localização privilegiada, mas precisa urgente de renovação."
"There was little to no cleaning of the room from staff, the power went out with no way for us to get into our room and the night staff member didnt have our keycard eventhough we left it with the day staff. Eventhough he did a good job managing things, he was on his own dealing with the majority. The food was okay and when the power did come back we did get to use the service lift. Our bathroom had mould in ir and the shower head had a lot of limescale and dirt."
"Air conditioner was horrible, there was an awful sewage smell in one of the rooms. I tried to notify it at the lobby but no one even intended to greet us or ask if we needed anything so we left. Very unhelpful staff. Extreme heat even in the hallways and elevator. Only one disabled parking spot in one of the parking garage floors. There was always someone parked in the disabled space without a permit, and nothing was done to verify this or correct it. "
"The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, the amenities were well designed and well maintained, and the food was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend this hotel."
