Terrible experience. Check-in was a total mess for 7 people and 4 rooms. 86 year old placed on a third floor of a building without an elevator. Had to argue to make them correct it. Actually none of the buildings in this Resort are accessible. None of them have elevators although this place was build in 2008 (no excuses that it’s an old property). Distances between rooms, restaurants, pools and lobby are huge, paved with irregular pavers. Wheelchairs are impossible to use due to the irregular surfaces. Internal golf cart system to transport elderly people is offered but waiting times were so long that we gave up using it. Signage providing directions throughout the property are almost non-existent. Impossible to know where you have to go to get to your building. Dozens of people lost throughout the property every day, begging for directions, totally frustrated. Majority of the staff doesn’t seem to be happy, although very few exceptions were very attentive and supportive. App that is highly recommend by the staff upon check-in is useless. Scheduling of Resort activities is never updated and internal map directions are also outdated. I learned that it doesn’t work because Spain is responsible for keeping it updated, so any local changes to activities have to be informed to Spain by email before they can update the App. Note: Spain is 5 hours ahead in time zone. Total non-sense. Pools were really good and food and drinks abundant and of good quality. I’ll never go back.

Hotel é enorme, lindo, muito bem cuidado, possui várias piscinas, algumas mais agitadas com música, outras bem calmas e silenciosas. Vários bares e pontos para pegar bebidas e sorvetes. Praia é ótima para caminhadas. Quarto é amplo e bem confortável. Tem o restaurante principal e os temáticos, com reserva, que valem a pena pela experiência de um jantar mais calmo, mas ainda prefiro a comida do Buffet. O atendimento é excelente, todos sempre bem humorados e simpáticos. Adoramos!

Infraestrutura ótima. Funcionários no geral muito atenciosos. Porém a alimentação de forma geral pessima. Drinks aguados… Falta de organização nas atividades, programação precária. Restaurantes mais procurados fechados durante o período de carnaval, inviabilizando agendamentos, gerando ainda mais desconforto quando se paga por categoria select e só consegue ser atendido em categoria inferior.

Caiu muito a qualidade dos produtos , principalmente da alimentação que é oferecida nos diversos restaurantes . Muita quantidade e pouquíssima qualidade , para o que chamam de um resort de” luxo “ Outro fator que me chamou a atenção desta vez foi o despreparo de alguns funcionários. Há ótimos funcionários , porém há também uma parcela que claramente jogam contra a empresa ( sem vontade , dificultando tudo , mal humor … e acabei questionando um deles para saber o que estava ocorrendo e como resposta obtive que o resort está despedindo muita gente, diariamente e ele estava esperando a vez dele . E não menos grave , me senti muito incomodado ( eu e minha família ) com a quantidade de fumantes em áreas proibidas do resort ! Ou seja não há o mínimo controle e portanto fumam onde quiserem . De lado positivo , o Spa , muito bom … Vale a pena !!!
