"A estadia, no geral, foi boa, mas ficou abaixo do padrão que normalmente espero da rede IBIS. O processo de check-in foi extremamente demorado. Mesmo já sendo cadastrado na rede Accor, precisei refazer todo o cadastro, o que não costuma acontecer em outras unidades.
Ao entrar no quarto, encontrei resíduos do hóspede anterior — como uma parte da embalagem de remédio caída no chão — o que gerou a percepção de que a limpeza não foi feita com o devido cuidado.
O café da manhã estava ok, mas também...

"Arrived early but waited 2.5 hrs for a room. Had to change rooms due to an ant infestation. Second room was better but had ants too. Was never told there was a special Christmas lunch and paid 10 times normal cost for a poorly presented, cold and tasteless meal.The staff are helpful but the hotel is poorly managed and needs extensive renovation"
