"Was upgraded to a suite room for free "

"We were able to find the hotel easily and there was ample parking. Despite being near a busy road, the room was very quiet (woken up by the birds!). The hotel staff were very friendly and informative when we needed to check out early. The room was tidy and there was plenty of hot water. The bed was comfy. The bar next door has lots of offers on food and drink and the staff are friendly. We ate there both nights and the food was good. Our only complaint was the lack of real ales, but we compensated with what was available. Also great bus links to Preston. "
