"I was genuinely disappointed in the service. I emailed at the beginning of the week for to arrange transportation. Followed up. No response. I called and went to the front desk because the balcony door wouldn’t close, and as a result, the AC would not come on. No one ever same. I fixed it myself. Asked for sparkling champagne for myself and my partner. The staff brings him sparkling champagne, brings me white wine, as if I wouldn’t know the difference. Seems like everyone is going through the motions, no real focus on customer experience. Not what you’d imagine when you think Eurostars. Would not recommend, and quite honestly wish I had stayed home."

"The place is in a beautiful the view is espectacular for being all inclusive place I was not expecting not to be able to order what ever I wanted. There were lots of drinks that I could not order same for some dinner plates. This does not sound like all inclusive. There was no entertainment, also the transportation from Santo Domingo was 750 dollars this was unexpected, because in the Expedia app it says there is shuttle pick up and this is not true. The transportation is very expensive I feel the rob us Very upset with this situation I arrive at the airport at 9 am and left at 3 pm lost time from resort cause I did not pay all that money But at the end I had to give up and pay. I really wanted to take a plane back home. This is like false advertisement."

"Breakfast was poorly prepared. Hard to drink off of bamboo cups. Felt unsanitary, very worn and old looking. Breakfast was very little portion. I order pancakes and they literally just gave one pancake and one egg. The staff was great. It’s what made everything feel good. They were very friendly and knowledgeable on what to do in the area. "
