We had a wonderful stay at The Bannister Hotel in Samaná. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. The location is perfect for enjoying the beauty of Samaná while still having a quiet and relaxing place to come back to. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend The Bannister Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Samaná. We look forward to coming back!

Very relaxing resort with gorgeous views. Alex & Elizabeth were courteous, very professional and always smiling. The food at Regatta was delicious & the breakfast à la carte was amazing. Croissants, freshly made marmalade, mangu and French press coffee were amazing. I also enjoyed the complimentary massage at Mee Spa. Look forward to visiting many more times. Perfect for R&R vacation. Loved our stay at The Bannister!

I had an amazing time here at hotel bannister. The view was amazing, the hotel was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast on site was great as were the restaurants. Overall I had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall, while a few initial issues unfortunately disrupted a significant portion of my first day, I truly appreciated the outstanding help and support I received from David. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and professional, and went above and beyond to help resolve everything. David took the time to listen, understand the situation, and ensure I felt supported throughout the process. He is a real asset to the hotel, and his dedication to guest satisfaction deserves recognition. The pool was also a lovely feature of the hotel, adding to the overall experience. One minor disappointment was that the treadmill in the gym was not working,

The layout of this hotel was very relaxing overlooking the Marina. The room was spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made to order and excellent. The coffee excellent. We didn’t have time for the spa but hope to return and have more time there.

This place blew my mind! Is amazing the hotel is beautiful and very well kept, the staff is friendly and professional and the views are fantastic! The food at the Italian restaurant was really good too. I would not only go again but invite my family and friends to come as well.
