As kind as everyone was the timings were very off. Being told we needed to be ready for breakfast at 8 and not being served till 9.30. The same for dinner. We didn’t because the place looked dirty and unfinished. We left. Now I’m trying to get my money back from Expedia. i got through on chat, Bupindher said someone from Expedia service would email me but they have not."

"La Pentera is a new property which has a unique concept of a tree house. The property is quite far from the Udawalawe National Park - about 30 km or so. The directions are also unclear, even if you use googlemaps. The property is new and in great condition. However, there are things that could be better, especially the food. The bathroom has hot water though there is some water leakage. A great experience stay but could be better."

Since their Head Office didn't forward the booking details to the site. They refused to accept my booking, since they have over sold the rooms. After showing the evidences, they were trying to offer us a horrible location as an alternative and argued with me that the Credit Card payment was not made by them, whereas it was debited in October...
