"On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. "The location is perfect .Modern, spacious, clean, super bright and comfortable rooms.
Everything very close to the property, train station , restaurants, bars and shops .
Excellent location that makes it easy to access Como and Como lake areas.
The location was central, and easily reachable on foot or public transport.
The owner/host is so kind and helpful and always ready to help when needed.

"Perfect for touring!! 1 minute to the train station! I went to Lugano Switzerland 2 days. Then 2 days walking 7 minutes to Lake Como, its historical sites and access to all of the Lake Como boat tours! Then took the train to Milano 2 days all while staying in this beautiful apartment! I’d rate all 5s but unfortunately there was a problem with one of the 3 keys to the door locks that was repaired promptly. I’d stay here again when returning. I Love Como!! Questions? "

"Staff allowed our whole family to relax in the spa since our room wasn’t ready. Only downside was that my daughter got bit by a poisonous spider and it caused her to not be able to walk with shoes. This happened at the villas, not the hotel bc it was just opening for the season and probably had a lot of bugs hiding out. They gave us champagne on arrival and staff was super kind to us. "

"I am a professional chef in Boston, and quite well-known. I was VERY happily surprised by the high quality of the food served in your dining room: some of the best food that I had in my trip to Northern Italy.
I had the Penza Romagna with grilled vegetables for lunch- excellent!
I had the octopus antipasti and chestnut gnocchi for dinner- outstanding!
The tiramíu was also very good, as were the wine glass selections (Ribolla Gialla, and Barbera.)
