"The apartment and building were both clean and secure, and the area was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated despite not speaking much english. The check-in process was a bit complicated — I had to go to the sports centre around the corner to collect the keys. There was also no Wi-Fi provided during my stay. "My mom and I had an incredible time at Villa Agape! We visited during our birthday and the staff made us feel so special! The villa even upgraded our room free of charge to a gorgeous room with a view, because the day we checked in was my mom and my birthday! We felt like princesses and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The food was incredible and grounds and gardens around the hotel were magnificent. Villa Agape made our first trip to Florence a memorable one in all the best ways! "

"The studio camping pod has electricity, its own bathroom and a fairly comfortable bed. The grounds are well taken care of we were there during the off season so the pool and a lot of the amenities were not open. They have a take away restaurant and a sit down restaurant both were very, a laundry on sit which is rare in Italy and a nice amenitiy. There is 24 hour security and a very helpful staff which a majority of them speak English which is a fairly rare thing in Italy. It is out of the city a bit however the bus has a stop about 50 meters away that you can get anywhere in the city it was very convenient. Overall this is a great place to stay the camping pods were very nice and simple and in the summer the resort would be fun with the pools and hot tubs."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was stiflingly hot, and opening the windows wasn’t an option due to constant loud road noise. The bed was extremely hard, and both the room and overall property felt run down and poorly maintained. There was also a nonstop blinking light inside the room that made it difficult to relax or sleep. Service issues added to the frustration. Housekeeping walked into my room at 8:50am without knocking, which was completely unacceptable. When I asked the front desk for a corkscrew, I was told they didn’t have one available — a basic amenity I would expect from any hotel, especially one claiming four-star status. The only highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet, which was genuinely good. Overall, this is not a four-star experience — perhaps 2.5 stars on a good day. I would not stay here again."

"Very nice staff, easy check in. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Windows are good enough to block out most of the noise from the railroad. Plenty of lounge place to chill. The gym is very well equipped and free laundry is a great addition. Best hotel I've enjoyed in Italy out of many. Would definitely stay there again. "
