"Decent business class hotel"

"The entrance of the room was dirty. The welcome was very poor although the hotel wasn’t crowded + my check in was after rush hour time. No one was there to take the luggage! Until I had to ask for one!! NOT A RITZ EXPERIENCE AT ALL!"

"We stayed here during a very stressful time, as we had to leave Kuwait by land due to the situation in the region. On arrival, Safia and Abrar at reception were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They made us feel welcome and even arranged a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, after our flight was cancelled, we returned after midnight needing another room. The receptionist (Turky) offered us the same room at nearly three times the previous price. When I questioned it, his attitude became unfriendly and unhelpful, despite our difficult situation and traveling with a person with special needs. His comment that the previous staff were nice only because it was our “first stay” was very disappointing. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the door staff and coffee service were excellent. Overall, a good hotel, but service consistency needs improvement. "

"Arrived at 5pm and was told that the room wasn't ready yet. Photos on the booking site are misleading, the room and particularly bathroom urgently need upgrading - leaking bathtub, terrible smell, hot water only after letting water run for a while. "

"Booked an apartment with two single beds, we had one double. No towels in the bathroom, which was absolutely filthy with smelly drains and poo stains in the toilet. The kitchen area was also filthy with just one plate and one knife and no other plates or utensils. The cupboard underneath the sink was broken and in a massive state of disrepair. The apartment was serviced once during a 5 night stay with only one of the two bins emptied. I would not stay here again!"
