"I was extremely disappointed with this property. There was mold visible on the outside of the door, and the inside floors were absolutely filthy and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. The bathtub had pubic hair in it, and the shower was also dirty and unsanitary. I called to report the issues and requested to be moved to a different property. "We had a few issues with our room. It was advertised as having a kitchenette, but instead it only had a mini fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and microwave—there was no sink as shown in some of the photos. Our room was also located next to an elevator, and the noise was constant, both late at night and early in the morning. A heads-up about the location would have been appreciated since we have small children. Additionally, the bathroom floor tile appeared damaged from water, it was lifted. The door did not close if a towel was placed from the shower. That said, we only stayed one night, so it was manageable. On a positive note, the beach, pool, and food options were all great. Staff were very friendly and amazing service."

"We had to call to have our room serviced every afternoon. They say we had our do not disturb sign on the door but we didn’t even have one in the room. Also, they only gave us 3 bath towels for 6 people daily and had to call down for more every day. After waiting an hour on day 3 for towels, we had to take some from the pool since they were not delivered."

"The front desk lady said she was the manager but she did not have any tag on it with her name and no description she was the manager, she came up to us with a really bad attitude saying we leave a mess in the pool that we didn’t do that, and in case we did it she don’t suppose to came with that attitude and there were more people in the pool why she have to said it was us? Im really disappointed with her way of behavior. She don’t suppose to be working in there with her bad behavior with customers there is ways to talks to clients even though im paying my money and i pay really expensive for a upgrade that she promised it have a sofa bed and it didn’t. Really disappointed hope they find who is."
