To begin, I did not stay on this property so I can’t give it a bad or good review. I booked to stay here and due to bad weather conditions our plane had to turn back around to Bogota without landing. It was disappointing when Expedia staff could not get ahold of anyone in the hotel to ask for a partial refund due to the circumstances. Expedia stated they reached out multiple times without success.

Breathtaking Hotel
Fantastic place, very nice and breathtaking views. Strongly recommend for anyone visiting the area. The weather is perfect, not cold or hot. The food is delicious and have a good variety. Very short distance by car to the archaeological park and main town.

Cabaña had incredible view of the canyon and was open and airy. I slept incredibly well. Some people might be challenged to climb and descend the stairs as the bed is on a second level and the stair way is steep.

Un lugar increíble
Un excelente lugar para descansar y para disfrutar de la vista al cañón del rio Magdalena...para meditar hacer yoga. Todo el personal del hotel realizo lo mejor para que la pasáramos bien...lo recogiendo sin dudarlo.

Excellent adresse à San Agustin. Diner super au restaurant. Un des meilleurs repas que nous avons mangé en Colombie. Au calme, la vue de la chambre était top.

es muy bueno es su vista, en su arquitectura, su contacto con la naturaleza. no me gusto que el parqueadero esta muy lejos y a otros huéspedes si pudieron dejar el carro cerca, debería haber un roomservice, y el sistema de alcantarillado es poco eficiente, hay malos olores.

El sitio es espectacular. Tiene una vista hermosa. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, bien aseadas. El desayuno del hotel es delicioso. Me gustó el ambiente del hotel. Hay que caminar bastante dentro del hotel, así que personas con movilidad reducida podrían tener problemas para desplazarse dentro del hotel (desde y hacia las habitaciones). El personal es muy amable. Altamente recomendado

Hotelanlage mit toller Aussicht
Wunderschoenes erlebnis! Die Anlage ist erst ein Jahr alt, und alles ist ziemlich neu. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und froehlich, die Aussicht war unglaublich schoen. Wir hatten zwei Suites mit Whirlpool, und ich wollte gar nicht mehr raus..... Es gab keine Minibar im Zimmer.

Masaya an der Magdalenaschlucht
Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht zu toppen!!! Wir hatten zwei Superior (Preisunterschied zum Standardzimmer ist minimal), der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse, auch wenn man keinen Whirlpool moegen sollte, ist ein unglaubliches Erlebnis. Der Service war optimal, Kolumbianer wollen nur zufriedene Touristen haben, und das schaffen sie "mit links". Die Anlage ist ein Jahr alt, und auch wenn man keine Minibar im Zimmer hat, faellt das gar nicht auf. Der Blick vom Zimmer (zwei Ebenen) sowohl von der Terrasse als auch vom Balkon aus war UNGLAUBLICH. Man schaut auf die Schlucht des maechtigsten Flusses Kolumbiens, Rio Magdalena, (der Amazonas bleibt dabei unberuecksichtigt), wobei bedingt durch die Naehe zur Quelle er noch ein kleiner Fluss ist. Es gibt wichtige interessante archaeologische Funde in der Naehe, und das Hotel organisiert Pferderitte, Wanderungen. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, und alles klappte PERFEKT.

Would definitely recommend to stay here. It is a very nice place with spacious rooms, good common areas and beautiful surroundings. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times, the food was both tasty and reasonably priced, so it didn't bother us that the hostel is situated outside of town.

El hotel tiene una ubicación maravillosa, es lo mejor, las cabañas superiores tienen una vista espectacular y buen servicio. En gral el servicio es muy bueno, muy atentos y amables. Solo para q mejoren, deberían tener más personal en recepción porque tienen muchos huéspedes y no dan a basto, uno debe esperar bastante para todo. El desayuno puede ser mejor y por favor especifiquen las condiciones de cada cabaña superior, ya que vi que no son iguales pero valen igual, hay unas mejoren. Pero de vd es un gran hotel con una vista envidiable y muy recomendado.
