"So centrally located and mostly quiet at night. Comfortable spacious rooms with portable air conditioners/fans. Basic kitchen facilities, but had what we needed. Had a king bed and then two double beds in main open area of kitchen and dining room. Separate bathroom/toilet - could have been a bit cleaner, but worked fine. "The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "There was nothing in common with the pictures they show and the reality. It was dirty,the water was cold no preasure,toilet sit broken,not enough blankets,very cold during the night,super over priced,far away from the city and very broken road to the ranch. "This property was so beautiful with courtyard gardens and cafe, terraza and roof top Jacuzzi with panoramic views! It made the longer walk from the bus station worth it! It was only 10 minutes from the Zocolo in Centre and close to several nearby parks and churches and cafes and restaurants. I would highly recommend. The view alone is spectacular and not to be missed!"

"We loved the proximity of the hotel to the square. We also really enjoyed the parking provided as it gave us peace of mind knowing our vehicle was safe inside a garage. I would highly recommend almost everything about this hotel. The only downside was the comfort of the beds and pillows, making this change would definitely increase my rating of this hotel. "

"This is a beautiful, family-friendly hotel located right next to El Zocalo, El Mercado de Benito Juarez, and 20 de Noviembre. Included in our stay was an artful gourmet breakfast prepared and served by wonderful kitchen staff. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean and serviced daily by staff. Also, the hotel offers an in-house travel agent, Sra. Carmen, who helped us plan wonderful and memorable excursions and was flexible with our family needs. While the hotel is in the center of the city, it is very quiet and peaceful inside. We plan to stay here again in the future! "
