"This is a wonderful place to stay in Napa. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, goes above and beyond. They accommodated my gluten sensitivity dietary restriction for breakfast. The hot breakfast is delicious.The outdoor area is quiet and large, with a nice hottub. Room was very quiet. We stayed during the week and was a great value for the money. Would stay here without hesitation if in Napa again."

"I found the whole hotel very clean and well maintained. I know it’s an older structure, but they take good care. Pool area really pretty, cabana area comfortable with a water purification system for our water bottles and even BBQ’s and laundry for guest use. I highly recommend! "

"MY RM WAS ABSOLUTELY DIRTY. COBB WEBS HANGING FROM THE CEILING FELL ON ME WHEN IN BED. THE FIRE ALARM ON THE CEILING WAS TAPED WITH A BLUE TAPE AND IT HAD COME LOOSE AND PART OF THE DEVICE WAS DANGLING; BUT THE 2 MOST DISTURBING THINGS ARE THAT I FOUND DRY BLOOD ON THE COMFORTER ON THE BED I WAS SLEEPING IN AND THE COMFORTER HAD BEEN FLIPPED TO HIDE THE BLOOD. I NOW ALSO KNOW THAT THIS PLACE HAS A HISTORY OF "BED BUGS!!!" WAS THE BLOOD ON MY COMFORTER FROM BED BUGS THAT HAD FED ON SOME OTHER GUEST???? I COMPLAINED, AND WAS MOVED BY THE "SECURITY GUARD" TO A 2ND RM THAT HAD "NO" HEATER, AND IT WAS A COLD NIGHT. AM I A SUSPCIOUS PERSON THAT NEEDS A SECURITY ESCORT....WHERE WAS THE MANAGER??!! THE MANAGER MADE ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT TO REACHOUT TO ME THAT NIGHT NOR THE NEXT MORNING B4 I CANCELED AND LEFT. NO EFFORT TO EXPRESS HIS APOLOGIES OR TO EVEN GIVE ANY EXPLANATION... HE HID LIKE A COWARD. I USED EXPEDIA BECAUSE IT IS/WAS A TRUSTED NAME IN THE BUSINESS; BUT BE AWARE!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH ABOUT THESE HOTELS... CALL THEM DIRECTLY IF POSSIBLE.... GET THE NAME OF THE MANGER AND THEIR HRS OF AVAILABILITY. I CANCELED MY RESERVATION AND LEFT.... AND ABSOLUTELY NEVER TO RETURN.... GUEST BE WARE. A LESSON LEARNED AND 1 PERSONS EXPERIENCE."
