"The room was clean. I appreciated being able to communicate via text for anything that I needed. It was a little cold so we didn't go into the water, but walked around the grounds and the hot tubs and pools looked nice and people were in the hot tub. "

"The staff were excellent-gracious, kind and wanting to go above and beyond with customer service. This is definitely a hotel to stay if you enjoy impeccable customer service. The one item that was less than stellar was that my room hadn't fully been cleaned yet, but I was doing early check in. Fast Eddy-Bellhop, Thurston & AJ-concierge and Francisco at the Ambler were FANTASTIC!"

"The staff were exceptional! Friendly, helpful! They wanted our stay to be fantastic and it was! The hotel was set up perfect for entertaining a friend, getting to the river, seeing the skyline. Some Lyft drivers could not follow directions and got confused by Drury Plaza Hotel and Drury Suites and Inn. The setting in the hotel was beautiful and the Christmas music was great! The wonderful breakfast and evening snacks great! Room was very nice and very clean! I would recommend this facility to everyone I know going to SanAntonio!!!"
