Everything felt dirty, the room, the pool. The room was very small and cramped. Even though there seemed to be few other guests we given a room right next to another guest, we could hear them clearly. I was happy to leave this uncomfortable dirty room. The one good thing was the bbq recommendation. BBQ Life was about 1 mile away and was delicious.

Reserved a non smoking room got the opposite couldn't sleep all night with that smell. Room was so hot when we got there it took a few Hrs to cool down. I honestly wouldn't recommend.

I make it a habit of checking beds/linens when starting anywhere. We noticed stains on the blanket and sheets and immediately told the front desk and was told they didn't have housekeeping water 4/5 (which I understood) so I asked if they would just give us the clean sheets and we would have them ourselves. The front desk guy asked how long we would be gone we said about 3-4 hrs. He says ok he would take care of it and it would be ready when we got back. We left the stains on top and easy to see. When we can back the bed was remade but the blankets were turned in a different direction as if we weren't going to notice it check. The same blankets and sheets were on the bed! We went back to the front desk and the guy called a lady who was raising her voice and getting an attitude saying hey shift was over and she was just trying to help us. She said she would meet us at the room with the new sheets. We walked back around toward the room and met her and even offered to let her come see the bed and the stains, and she said no she trusted us and gave us the new sheets and blanket. There was also small stains on the walls. We were told we also couldn't get a refund. Disappointing. Definitely won't stay here again out recommend clients here either

Horrible to charge a deposit !!! I have many choices when looking for hotel . I don’t like being treated like I’m not trusted to simply sleep in a room ! Begging for a cash deposit is ridiculous and plain stupid .

Quick one night passing through. Bathrooms are nice. Check in was odd with 4 papers to sign and $20 cash only deposit. Good enough for a night, pakinglot was light up good.

Got to the hotel and was told I did not have a reservation even after I showed them my confirmation I received through email. The expected me to rebook but with them at a HIGHER rate !!! Place was dirty . I left and had to pay to stay at another hotel !!! BAD SERVICE !!

CASH DEPOSIT & I had to argue with Him about giving me a copy of my deposit slip. The same way you took a copy of my id and ask me for 40 dollars. I want a copy that you have my 40 dollars. Arguing with him at 130 am over a piece of paper.

The bed was super hard, shower door handle fell off after use, didn't feel the door lock was very secure. also very noisy - you could hear other guests coming and going. AC started slow, but did keep the room cool.

DIRTY OUTDATED HORRIBLE HOTEL
The pictures on the website are outdated. The overall look of this hotels is old and uncared for. The rooms are not clean. The floors were dirty and trash from the stay before. The comforter was stained, the towels were yelllowish,and the sheets too. Most of the plugs did not work. The shower had hairs in it. You could see the dirt by the side of the bed or under the bathroom sink. We bought towels to sleep on and to dry ourselves. We also bought lots of lysol and cleaning sprays for the shower. We were afraid of catching something there. Please save your money and stay somewhere else. We got 2 rooms and 2 nights and we were refused a refund to move. So we stayed. We were charged about $75.00 a night a room and outside they were announcing it for $53.99 a night. This is a rip off. NEVER again are we staying here. DON'T STAY, DIRTY AND HORRIBLE.

Not worth it!!
Overall room had a bad smell when walking in, bed and bed sheets were dirty, no fire alarm, A/C was very dirty and cutting off and on, bed was very uncomfortable, shower dosent even looked like it was cleaned...was going to get charged for pets and smoking fees when i had no pets and booked a non-smoking room

Terrible Experience
This place was terrible to say the least! And the staff were extremely rude! One of them literally told us that if we didn’t like the place then we can go somewhere else. Which yes we would have but everything in the area was booked and it was late at night. Definitely not a place I would recommend and their staff should learn about customer service.
