Once the customer service agent from hotels.com managed to get them on the phone. They said they didn’t speak English and after that they never answered the phone again. This place should not even be listed and travelers should stay away. "

"I have stayed here twice. It’s a nice, comfortable room close to downtown but far enough from the loudest part of the area. Very safe location, I was able to walk around late at night without worries. The best part was the excellent service from the front desk staff. Extremely accommodating person at the front desk who was very responsive to our needs and gave a personalized experience. I have managed hospitality and travelled extensively and this stay I received some of the best service...
