Schlecht Kommunikation, Null Kundenservice !

Leider war die Kommunikation unfassbar schlecht, der Urlaub war für meine Eltern gebucht, allerdings mussten beide ins Krankenhaus. Es gab NULL Kollanz und das bei einer 3 wochen Buchung für über 2500 Euro. Es gab nicht eine cent zurück obwohl wir einen Monat davor uns bereits gemeldet haben! Kein guten Kundenservice !
