Es war sehr schön, haben die Zeit genossen. Aber beim Frühstück, bei einer gewissen Uhrzeit, geht’s sehr zu und jeder drängelt sich vor oder greift über die Schulter um was zu essen bekommen.

Modern hotel in a very good location for excursions. Staff very friendly and courteous. Room was clean. Food selection was very British and at busy times it was difficult to get a seat.

We loved our stay. Clean, lovely pools, kids enjoyed the slides, arcade and activities. Food was lovely and enjoyed that we could walk to the beach and then up to the town I would highly recommend

Great place to stay, a really nice hotel. The spa massages were a little disappointing - especially given the price but overall it was a great stay. Food options at the snack bar for during the day and late at night were a little limited

Tolle Pools, gutes und abwechslungsreiches Essen, großes Familienzimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolle Lage und super Ausblick im Restaurant im 9. Stock. Gute Animationen auch für Erwachsene.

Great hotel, nice room with all of the essentials. The facilities are great, pool not overcrowded and communal areas kept clean and nice. The staff is amazing, special shout out to Rita Suares in the restaurant, she was the kindest. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of the 5, the food is decent, but not amazing. I love Spain and Spanish food, which I felt was lacking. Overall i would recommend

Ha sido una sorpresa muy grata. El hotel, aunque es uno de los pioneros en la isla de gran Canaria, se mantiene en un estado magnifico. Los buffets son variado y de una calidad fantástica, con zonas que cocinan pescado y carne al momento. Las habitaciones amplias y confortables. Fuimos con nuestra perrita y son uno de los pocos establecimientos que son pet friendly. Volveremos sin duda.
