Simply great - we had a fantastic stay. Check-in fast. Staff very friendly. Comfortable, large rooms (superior sea view). Great choice of nice food. Enough sun loungers at the pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Gaudi designed hotel. Beautiful rooms with big balcony. Swimming pools in nice cactus gardens. Coeliac Dream for food. Big thank you to the Restaurant as the Chef will walk round with you and do seperate food. Great desserts. All staff very freiendly. Fantastic H10 Hotel.

My stay was amazing overall. The resort is beautiful and the facilities and staff are great. The only things that could have been better was the food at the buffet (very underwhelmed, and the cocktail selection at the pool bars (I was really hoping for some frozen drink options with it being so hot).

Unusual architecture, lovely grounds and pool, close to Meloneras beach and pleasant 20 minute walk into Maspalomas. Buffet ok for breakfast but disappointing at dinner, food bland and lukewarm. Towels on sunbeds all day despite hotel policy of removing them.

Wunderbares, gepflegtes Hotel weg vom Trubel

Waren mit der Familie für 6 Tage in 2 Zimmern dort. Hotel ist sehr schön, nicht so weitläufig wie andere 5* Hotels Richtung Maspalomas. Das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vom Zimmermädchen zu den Kellner(innen) und Rezeption, alle sehr freundlich und kompetent. Uns hat das Hotel vor allem gefallen weil es am Ende der Promenade ist. Wenn man vom Leuchtturm westwärts läuft ist das H10 am Ende der Promenade (10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Leuchtturm). Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht, und nicht möchte dass die Passanten immer rein "gaffen", dann können wir das H10 Hotel nur empfehlen.
