"No internet on third floor"

"We were travelling from north to south and needed a stop halfway. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was very clean and stylish. Nice breakfast and a very friendly and helpful host. We arrived with two very young kids and she arranged that we could have early dinner at a nearby restaurant (that we hadn't found with Google maps). Nearby roads are decent compared to what you'lll find elsewhere in southern italy"

The staff was so very nice to everyone there and to me this is the place to go to the beach and you have a secure place to stay and that’s very important at this time. "Very clean and modern . Beautiful location. Quiet . USB port for phone charger. Toiletries , hairdryer, towels supplied , tea coffee in room . Owner very nice and friendly and helpful . Breakfast was really good nice choice . Plenty of space for parking car / motorcycle. Can get Netflix on tv . A short ride out of about 10 minutes for local restaurants. "

"Owners friendly and willing to make your stay as comfortable as possibile. The owner ( Vincenzo) was happy to prepare a warm flask of water each evening for my ' cuppa' of British tea! There is a swimming pool adjacent to the establishment for a small fee & the sea is literally 5 minutes away."

"Very clean and modern. Found the bed to be very hard but other than that, very nice. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again."

"Phenomenal! Grounds are beautiful, pool is a perfect place to relax in the sun, and amazing spot to watch fabulous sunsets! Enzo, the host, makes you welcome from the minute you arrive. Used the half board option. Meals were all home cooked using fresh farm harvests, hand made pastas, etc and you will not go hungry! Wish I had booked this place for longer! Three days was not enough! "

"Nice place, nice location, parking, nice breakfast. Clean room. Refrigerator needs to replaced with a compressor type new one. Old (micro chip type) gave us ice on request however. no complaints. Microwave would be a huge plus Thanks"

"What a lovely experience to be in a restored 11th century castle. The restaurant has a limited menu but you will not be disappointed. Everything is homemade including pastas and local cheese production. Italian meats are made during the slow season by the workers at the hotel. The view of the valley from the back door of the dining room is spectacular. This is a hidden jewel in Calabria. "

"The hotel was great from the food to the service. Everyone was very kind and treated us like family. They even picked us up at the train station in Paola and drove us to attractions we wanted to see! We couldn’t have asked for better service and a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on visiting this area with their loved ones. "

"Our dining experience was amazing. Chef Giordano was very attentive and professional. Our servers made our dinner enjoyable. I didn’t like the fact that there was nobody attending the lobby bar. They had to call somebody from the restaurant to serve us every time we needed a drink. "
