"Not enough items for breakfast "

"We called and were promised a pet free room and when we arrived the room smelled of wet dog and we had to leave early the room was not clean there was food stuck on the bathroom door The balcony had dog feces on it The staff was rude and we have asked for the night we stayed to be refunded and they won’t answer back to Expedia to approve our refund we checked out at 8am so they could rent out the room Then the staff stated there are no pet free rooms My husband had a severe asthma attack due to the pet hair on the furniture in the bed and the smell of animal We were frustrated that we were lied to "

"It was a good hotel, clean and quiet"

"Renovated room, little rough around the edges. I noticed a faint odor and a bit of road noise which detracted from our stay. Breakfast was continental."

"I never got back my deposit"

"Everything was alright till we noticed the gaps on the door. When we get back from dinner, there was a big dead roach waiting on the floor. My wife freaked out and left the property. I couldn’t leave because I worked the next day. So, I stayed in a broken roach filled room. Not doing that again."
