Theoom was very nice and spacious, with a large refrigerator and freezer. Outside was a bbq grill, whichi did use and it was very clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel, it was excellent!!

Upon arrival the room was not ready, usually in hay wouldn’t have been a problem, but this day in particular we needed to get ready for a wedding. It was definitely an inconvenience but overall they held the room and we came back to check in. Check in was easy and the room was clean. No complaints, just a tad inconvenience.

Staff were great and helpful and the property was nice. Unfortunately, our room choices were between a family with screaming children and a squatter who would slam his door if paying customers made too much noise. Not the hotels fault, just some bad clientele.

Stayed 2 days. Everything was great, just as the last time. The only tiny complaint that I had this time was that there was a strong odor of weed in the elevator and down the hall. Staff was very nice, so overall it was, a good stay.

Staff was perfect. Let me check in early and it was very accommodating. Only thing was when we checked out the housekeeping were everywhere and I get they need to do their jobs but we were bumping into floor signs all the way out. But they don't beautiful job.

Well all I could say is it was a great stay beautiful experience the front desk guy was so helpful and knowledge I was able to upgrade and late check out the room was super clean and spacious nice and quite all in all this is going to be my go to when staying in Loma Linda .awesome
