La literie était confortable tout comme le canapé relativement récent et très large. La vue sur la place Erbe était magnifique. Il y a la clim dans l'appartement mais nous n'en avons pas eu besoin. Pour les bémols, je dirai qu'il y a quelques marches à monter avant d'accéder à l'appartement, en bas de l'immeuble ainsi qu'un dernier étage à monter après le 4eme étage accessible...

First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. "This property was in an amazing location close to all the main attractions ! But lovely and quiet also! The staff couldn’t do enough for you! There was free drinks in the library in the afternoon! There’s a nice terrace we visited once but then it closed for maintenance! We didn’t have breakfast as found cheaper alternatives! We had a superior double room 253 was beautiful and large looked o to the courtyard! Amazing stay would throughly recommend"

"This is a very old hotel. The staff is not the friendly kind you would expect. The room was ok, good enough for one night, but the bathroom would benefit from a remodel for sure! Breakfast was very good, great coffee, but overall would not go back. We actually left after one night instead of staying 2 as planned and found us a nicer place....and of course had to pay for it "
