"This is a typical tourist apartment studio in downtown Bariloche. Location is great, close to shops and bars and restaurants and walking distance to the lake. The studio is in a new building, with some construction still ongoing in the first floor. It is spacious but a bit basic in terms of furnishings and linen. For example, it has a nice balcony, but no furniture in it, which limits its use and appeal. There is also no desk nor chairs, but rather a bar-height table with some stools. which...

"The first apartment was on a lower floor facing the a busy road. Didn’t sleep for 2 nights with drunken teenagers shouting until sunrise. Don’t visit Bariloche in late December. Hundreds of schoolies everywhere you go on package tours. The apartment owner was very nice and I moved to another of her apartments nearby which was very quiet although not a nice as the other."

"A estadia foi ótima. Excelente apartamento. O Filé que nos recebeu foi muito atencioso. Pude perceber que são varias donos. O meu Ap era ótimo. Mas nem todos eram bons. A única coisa desagradável e que pegamos uma nevasca e a rua era no alto e tivemos muita dificuldade pra chegar e sair de táxi. Mas foi um inverno atípico. Voltaria com a minha família. Vista maravilhosa"

"Great location in the city but management was not reachable or responsive. The individual who spoke English deferred to her Spanish speaking colleague. Safe was locked and never unlocked. One small partial roll of toilet paper and not responsive to requests for more. TV in bedroom didn’t work and management said they would fix but never came. Hair in refrigerator and crumbs in microwave. No A/C which is fine but bar outside was too noisy to leave windows open. No shampoo or hair dryer."

We are very grateful to Luna, a staff member that spoke perfect English, for all of her recommendations on tours, hikes, restaurants and local culture. We enjoyed the breakfast, comfortable beds, and proximity of the hotel to nearby restaurants and shops in San Carlos de Bariloche while being situated in a park-like setting with views of the lake and mountains. Would stay again and highly recommend."
