A wonderfully polished and upscale hotel with amazing views, picturesque and close to all the activities one could wish for in Patagonia. The Moreno wing is definitely the one to stay at given it is more modern. The gym, the spa and the daily activities were great complements for a fully relaxed yet active vacation in this amazingly beautiful part of Argentina.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Period. Yes, the rooms feel a bit outdated, shower as well, but the hotel has its unique old school luxury vibe. We really enjoyed the heated pool (outdoor + indoor), with a breathtaking view to the lake and the mountains. The hotel is far from the city center (45 mins), but you get unparalleled silence. Breakfast was incredible, all fresh, fantastic attentive service and amazing quality. Our SPA treatment was also one of the best we got, really, really good. Really good. Staff was welcoming and always with a smile. We also enjoyed a dinner at the Argentinian restaurant which was very good, even though a bit pricey. Would 100% recommend and hope to return here someday.

Beautiful property & serene surroundings with excellent service. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet and dinners. Staff at every level were warm, welcoming and helpful. The concierge ( Esteban N.) was very efficient in helping us organize airport transfers, dinner reservations & golfing requests. We plan to return in the future to experience their summer.

One of the greatest views in the world. The activities and services provided by the hotel, were A .The quality of food vs the price, except for the scrumptious breakfast (a real treat), left much to be desired. The Patagonia Restaurant should offer a better selection and can do a lot better (especially if the regular restaurant is closed for special events). Otherwise, the stay was superb and the landscape unbelievable! Would love to return.

Amazing place, amazing location. Excellent service. We attended the llao llao tea, the room is perfect with breathing view. Our only observation is that there are too many sweets in the buffet and ver few salty options.

This property is absolutely beautiful and it’s location is magnificent! The rooms though need renovation, they are a outdated. The breakfast was excellent. The menu on both of the restaurants are some what limited but good. We did not use the spa, so no comments about that. Overall the place is very good and worth the trip!

The only report my husband has ever liked

This place is magical! The views are breathtaking. There’s also a lot to do with walking distance (we survived without a car). The boat tours are right nearby and there are a lot of nice hikes. The hotel also has a marina with kayaks and canoes. The archery class was a lot of fun and it’s the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Can’t say enough good things about this place!!

Great experience and great service

Excellent experience, beautifull scneries around the hotel, the hotel itself is beautiful and being on it makes you be a part of the history of the hotel. Service overall is great, good food and drinks, the golf course is beautiful and with big scenic holes, the only limitations is that there are not that many electric golf carts and is not an easy golf cours to walk without a caddie. The pool and spa are on the right temperature depending if you are inside or outside

Our recent stay here was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning natural beauty surrounding the property, the location alone is worth the visit. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture and elegance, my room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Service at Llao Llao is exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was warm, courteous, and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Speaking of dining, the culinary offerings at Llao Llao are exceptional. Each meal was a delight. I will definitely recommend to all my friends this hotel and will repeat for sure in the future.
