"Everything was great!! Room was spotless and comfortable, very cozy. Staff was attentive and thoughtful, the breakfast amazing! I will definitely recommend and stay again. "
"Clean room. Great view. Nice facility. Note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. Yes, you can open the windows to cool the room at night, but the windows do not have screens. Hence, mosquitos come in. Rooms should have screens. Breakfast was OK, not stellar. "
"Hotel was nice, but not a 5-star resort. Probably a 4-star at best. Jacuzzi was HOT (nice), about half an hour drive outside of downtown Bariloche, which was a little far. You have to register with the security gate to get access in and out. The gym equipment (all 3 bikes) were broken, which is a maintenance failure on their part. Overall nice stay but I'd stay closer to downtown next time to save the effort."
"There were lots of small things which made this not a great place to stay. Pros: good location and low cost. Cons: Very small (you have to step over the bidet to get in/out of the shower), no A/C, only one towel, bathroom door didn't close, shower drain was clogged, etc."
"We spent a few nights here for our honeymoon and were really impressed by the level of service. The staff were incredibly hospitable from the jump; they surprised us with an upgrade to a suite and had a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us in the room, which was a very lovely touch.
A few highlights from our stay:
The View of the lake was stunning. It’s the kind of backdrop you don’t really get tired of looking at.
The Spa was very well done and was a great way to spend some time as the weather was not great on one of the days.
The breakfast was excellent, good amount of variety with high quality ingredients, the pastries were excellent and coffee was the best we found in Argentina.
Overall, the team made us feel incredibly welcome without it feeling forced. It made our time in Bariloche that much better. Highly recommended"
