"Nice location, self standing on a hill, with typical hacienda setup. You definitely need a car to get there, and you have the option to have dinner (with a small menu).
Nice patio with space and comfy couches."
"Exceptional staff friendliness and attention to detail. La Boca restaurant is definitely the best in the town. Breakfast on the terrace in front of the lake makes this a very special place indeed."
"Excellent location, the bed was comfortable, we had an issue with the air conditioning and shower but they were fixed. It was very noisy at night but I would still recommend this hotel. "
"
This hotel is like home from home. Functional rooms very clean. A family run business that made us feel welcome asa we stepped in. HOSE at reception is friendlly, kind and super accomodating. The fresh fish everyday, all the fresh food they served was simply amazing. Ypu must try the white wine crispy but fully boded with a mellow after taste. We will be back to spend a longer stay. Thank you very much uou gave us a wonderful pleasant experience.
Here’s a polished and corrected version of your review:
This hotel truly feels like a home away from home. The rooms are functional and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. It’s a family-run business, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived.
José at reception is friendly, kind, and incredibly accommodating—he really made a difference to our experience.
The food was outstanding, especially the fresh fish served daily. Everything we ate was fresh and absolutely delicious. You must also try the white wine—crisp yet full-bodied, with a smooth, mellow aftertaste.
We will definitely be returning for a longer stay. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and pleasant experience! Mrs&mr Sanni"
"Do not stay in rooms 101_108 above bar no sleep till 1am with total noise from punters then again at 7am when bar area opens for coffies it just eckos threw rooms no soumd proof at all"
"Great location to get away for a couple of days even in the winter. Beautiful beach work down a set to stairs. Would not recommend for anyone w disabilities.
We had dinner included and the value of the stay was amazing. Very nice food and reasonably priced and good wines. Dining room itself nothing special but maybe nicer in the summer w sunset views.
Rooms are a decent size and we had a wonderful sea view. Pillows a often in Spain are soft and too small by US standards so just ask for an extra couple. They do leave spares in the closet. Parking is $12 but worth it is secure. "
"I stay here when working at the Monteblanco Circuit as it is so convenient. Rooms are clean, shower is excellent as as it is at a service station food is always available and of a high standard"
"Starting with the good parts. The recepionist who was working on Thursday and Friday was very helpful.
The bar and bar staff and drinks were wonderful.
Pool area was clean.
On my first night I paid €25 for the buffet dinner, a series of items that had been left out and had gone cold. I had cold wedges, cold pasta sauce and unidentified "bbq meat" followed by tasteless cake and ice cream in a plastic container. Even though I had already paid, the staff didn’t believe me and I had to explain twice and then go back to reception to double check.
The restaurant staff didn’t come to see if I wanted a drink, I had to chase them around the restaurant for a menu then again to order. They walked past me several times. Zero service.
I put my do not disturb sign on my bedroom. However on Friday amd Saturday the room attendant knocked my door like there was a fire until i got up from my lounger and answered her. I was indeed disturbed, and took myself to the beach to be able to relax. I asked reception to make sure she didn’t disturb me, and this seemed to make her behaviour worse. On my last day she banged on the door 45minutes before check out until I opened it and was yelling at me that check out was at 12 and clapping her hands at me. Very aggressive. I told reception upon check out and they said they would make sure I wasn't disturbed again. I had to laugh at this point.
Don't stay here unless you want to feel like a number on a conveyor belt. "
