No respetaron el precio de la reservación.

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, tienen un jardín muy bonito, la limpieza es buena, la comodidad de las camas es regular, sin embargo no me gustó que no respetaran el precio de la reserva, en esta ocasión me cobraron extra por mi niño de 15 años, al hacer la reserva indique que el hospedaje era para 2 adultos y el niño de 15 años y me apareció un precio y en el hotel me indicaron que ellos manejaban otras condiciones, como recomendación si su niño tiene mas de 8 años reserven como adulto.

Property located in an excellent location. Parking next to the property. No restaurant. Reception staff not helpful. Staff not helpful or interested in helping to solve room problems, in may case the heater was not working properly and was unable to solve this.
