Hotel Ciudad Real could be better!

Location is really good! Restaurant excellent, the waiters were smiling and very helpful! The only inconvenience is that the water in the shower is not hot enough and the water pressure is very low!!

Beautiful old world hotel. Clean a very well maitained. Locatio is awesome except for the disco next door the thilumped till 3:30am monday -sat. Other wise would be a 10 out 10

Hotel itself is nice, it’s located in an amazing area but it is not sound proof. You can hear every single noise from both inside and outside the hotel all day and all hours of the night. There is a night club close by I am guessing because the thumping and bass of the music ran until about 4am. Noticed that Sunday there was no music. If I had known I would have brought ear plugs or my white noise machine.

The beds are very hard- like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were incredibly hard/firm. Sleeping on the floor with rocks as the pillow. Entire group of ten all made this comment. Staff is wonderful! Very clean

Great location and friendly staff. This is my hotel of choise when I'm in San Cristobal. However, after arriving late, we inquiered about our welcome drinks (expedia benefits). We were shown some coupons and we asked whether we could use them the following day because it was late at night after a long trip. The person in the front desk said no. This lack of flexibility was a bit unwelcoming and not very service-oriented in my opinion.

Isn’t worth it, the rooms are very small, beds and pillows are uncomfortable, you paid the same price as for ex: city express or one hotel and you don’t get 3 star amenities. No breakfast not even coffee, I think is overpriced despite being in downtown. The personnel is very nosy on the night, no privacy, no noise cancellation, you hear your neighbours and they hear you , the safe box didn’t work on my room
